2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of gempak888 services, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notify gempak888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your profile information up to date whenever changes occur.
Gempak888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to adequately protect their account credentials.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gempak888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX Internet Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. gempak888 does not accept foreign currency payments and will not bear any currency conversion costs.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the terms of your chosen payment method and may change with platform updates. Users are advised to check the latest details in their account before making any transactions.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 24 business hours upon successful identity verification.
- The bank account or eWallet name must match the registered name on the user's platform account.
- Gempak888 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review or additional identity verification purposes.
- Any suspicious transaction activity may result in a temporary account freeze pending investigation.
All deposits and withdrawals are final once confirmed by the system. gempak888 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the gempak888 platform agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Users agree not to:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
